Our Services

Inspection 360 offers a wide range of home inspection services that cater to the needs of our clients. Whether you are a buyer or seller, we have a package that will suit your needs.

Pre-Listing Home
Inspections

A pre-listing inspection is a comprehensive examination of your home, conducted by a professional inspector. This inspection provides you with a detailed report of any potential problems with your home. Armed with this information, you can address any issues before they become negotiating points for buyers.

Pre-Purchase Home Inspections

A pre-purchase home inspection is an important step in the home buying process. A professional inspector will evaluate the condition of the property and identify any potential problems. This information can be used to negotiate repairs with the seller or, in some cases, to walk away from the purchase altogether.

Multi-Unit
Inspections

Multi-unit inspections are perfect for property owners who want to ensure their properties are in good condition before renting them out. This inspection will identify any potential problems with the property, so that you can address them before they become an issue for your tenants.

Condo Inspections

Our condo inspections are designed to help you make an informed decision about the property you are considering purchasing. We will inspect the unit for any potential problems and provide a comprehensive report detailing our findings.

Townhouse Inspections

Townhouses can be difficult to inspect, since they often have multiple levels and tight spaces. Our experienced inspectors will take the time to carefully examine every aspect of the property, from the roof to the foundation.

Mold Inspection

Mold is a serious issue that should not be ignored. Our inspectors are experienced in conducting mold inspections and can help you determine if you have a mold problem and, if so, how to address it. This service is included FREE in all our Single-Family and Condo inspections.

Sewer Scope

Our sewer scoping services use a high-definition camera to examine the condition of your home’s sewer line. This service is recommended for all home buyers, as it can reveal potential problems that may be expensive to fix.

Radon Testing

Radon testing is important for all home buyers, as radon gas can be dangerous to your health. We offer convenient and affordable radon testing services that will give you peace of mind.

Termite Inspections

Termites can cause serious damage to your home, so it’s important to have a termite inspection before you buy or sell a home. Inspection 360 Inc. offers comprehensive termite inspections to help you identify potential problems.
