A residential inspection depends on the size and condition of the property. On average, we take 2.5 hours to 3 hours. This also depends on additional services added, such as Mold Sampling or Sewer Scoping, which may add 30-45 minutes.
Typical home inspection reports will arrive via email Same-Day. If the report does not get received within 12-Hours, we will give a 25% discount – Guaranteed.
The payment is due at the day of inspection and we accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, Cashiers Check, Money Order, and Credit/Debit Card (4% Fee will be added). We do not accept Personal Checks.
We are available Monday-Saturday from 10AM to 5PM. Hours will depend on scheduling, weather, and holidays.
We offer the following additional services, Certified Mold Inspections, Air Quality Test Inspections and work with a qualified vendor for Radon Testing and Termite Inspections.
Yes, we carry Errors & Omissions Insurance.
